ABOUT CHANTELLE

Chantelle Murray has a world-ranked NZIHF qualification (levels 3 and 4) and has been working in the industry for several years. She has been a spin instructor, bootcamp instructor and even gym manager, but personal training is still her ultimate love.

Chantelle specialises in weights-based cardio training, so that you can build strength but also leave the
workout on a high.

Her aim is to shape your muscles and still leave you functional and mobile.

Chantelle’s passion for health and fitness is infectious, and she genuinely desires to help others to change their lifestyles for the better. She will help you every step of the way.
