CM Fitness Bootcamp classes are an awesome way to keep fit and have fun in a supportive group environment. They are usually quite intense, although you can adjust the speed at which you undertake the exercises. Some clients will go faster and others slower, all in the same workout. You choose how hard you go. 

 

Each group fitness session involves circuit training with timed stations, some of which will involve weights. These exercises can leave you feeling quite sore - so be prepared to work!  

 

Bootcamp classes are best suited for people who are wanting to improve their general fitness and health. They target cardiovascular fitness and overall endurance and are great for people wanting to lose weight. 

 

If you have specific performance goals or muscle-building goals you are trying to achieve, or a number of injuries, then classes may not be a good fit for you.
