Circuit Training and
Functional Strength Training

CM Fitness bootcamp classes are a fun way to stay fit in a small-group environment!

 

You can adjust the intensity depending on how fast you go, and there are plenty of different variations if you have injuries or niggles. 

There are 3 classes to choose from: 

  • SWEAT: Improves cardiovascular fitness. Great for weight loss. Mondays and Wednesdays 6pm 

  • STRONG: Primarily for strength and muscle-building. A slightly more advanced class. Saturdays 8am 

  • BADASS MAMAS: A functional fitness class for local Mums. Please ask if you'd like to bring your child with you
