  • 6 weeks of beginner-level exercise programming, focusing on FORM and MOBILITY

  • Video demonstrations of all exercises in an easy-to-follow app 

  • 6 weeks of nutrition habit tracking, for the purpose of learning HOW and WHAT to eat in the long term!

  • A recipe book full of EASY meals, and a guide on how to plate your own meals 

  • Weekly check-ins to assess progress. I'm here to help :)
