Refund Policy

  • If you cancel the service within 48 hours of the session for whatever reason, the service is full charge. Please note that ‘cancel’ includes non-attendance 

  • If I cancel the session at any time, you will receive a full refund

Complaints Procedure

If you would like to make a complaint about CM Fitness, you may do so in person, or send an email to chantelle@cmfitness.co.nz

Online Shopping

  • All prices are in NZD 

  • New Zealand law applies to all sales 

  • All payments are made with Stripe or PayPal for your security


  • CM Fitness does not guarantee any results 

  • CM Fitness is not a medical professional, and therefore cannot diagnose or treat any medical conditions, illnesses or injuries 

  • Please consult with your doctor or another health professional before beginning any exercise program, or at any point throughout. Any risks of completing the program are your own responsibility
