What do I bring to my first appointment?

Whether you are coming in for your first one-on-one session or you're attending a group fitness class, please wear exercise gear and appropriate footwear. Bring a water bottle and sweat towel with you.

Why can't I book in for personal training online?

You need to be a member before you can book in for one-on-one personal training. To do this, book in for a consult first:

Where can I access this?

Chantelle's Garage is based in a secure location in the Remuera/Ellerslie area in Auckland, New Zealand. When you sign up for your first appointment, all details will be sent to you.

What are the online programs?

The CMF online programs are for people wanting to work out in their own gym or from home. You get an eBook, weekly check-ins, and an app with videos of all the exercises or nutrition modules. It's cheaper than personal training overall, and can be done from anywhere, any time!

What are the costs?

Personal Training

30 min - $40

45 min - $60

60 min - $80

(1 hour strongly recommended for first session)

Online Programs 

$25 - $30 per week

Group Fitness Classes

$15 per class
