Weight Lifting for Women

Chantelle endeavours to make training as enjoyable for you as possible! Chantelle will choose exercises according to the things you like and minimise work that you dislike, wherever practicable. Depending on a client’s goals, there are usually many different routes to achieving the same outcome. Why would you not choose the path of least resistance? 

Most clients come into the studio, but online personal training sessions via video calls are a great option for those who live outside of Auckland, who have children to look after, or who are strapped for time.
